Blyth Academy offers Accredited International Summer and March Break Programs and Community-Service Projects. Join them in March, July or August.

This year’s program will involve about 1000 students and over 200 educators, managers, activity coordinators and tutors. They will travel on 27 programs visiting 28 countries on 6 continents and chose from more than 200 courses. All payments are fully refundable until January 1st if you cancel for any reason.

Each year 40 students from High Schools across Canada are selected to come to Ottawa and work as Pages in the House of Commons. Those hired as Pages work on a part-time basis during their first year of study at one of the universities in the National Capital Region. Camp Flyer

Long Point World Biosphere Reserve is presenting the 1st Annual Biodiversity Camp. This hands-on camp at Backus Heritage Conservation Area will engage teens in various nature, conservation and sustainable agriculture activities to build a better appreciation and understanding of Norfolk’s amazing biodiversity of living things, ecology and habitats. This will take place from Tuesday, August 1 to Thursday, August 20, 2009 and is limited to 15 participants.

Cost is $75.00, payable to: LPWBRF, Box 338, Port Rowan, ON N0E 1M0.

To be eligible you must be born in 1993, 1994, 1995 or 1996.

Guelph Interaction Conference for university bound secondary school students in grades 10 & 11 one-day conference on Thursday April 23rd and Friday April 24th (you have the opportunity to select which day you would like to attend). The conference aims to introduce university living and learning through informative and interactive sessions led by our faculty and staff. Interaction registration fee is $25 per student, and includes lunch. The registration deadline is Thursday, April 9th, 2009.
